Reservations, Records & Requirements
Vaccinations & Records
To protect all guests, all pets must be current on required vaccines and parasite prevention. Records must be received at least 3 days before check-in.
Flea Prevention
Required for dogs and cats; pets found with fleas will be treated at the owner's expense.
Age Requirements
Daycare: 16 weeks and up
Boarding: 20 weeks and up
All puppies must have completed their full vaccination series.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment
A 50% deposit is collected 1 week prior to your reservation; this is non-refundable. During peak travel times/holiday season, a 50% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your reservation; this is non-refundable.
Cancellations
We recommend booking as early as possible for holiday stays -- space is limited and may fill quickly.
