Additional Services & Fees
Temperament Evaluation
Required for all new canine guests: $38.
Includes a half-day of daycare if approved. Waived if not a good fit.
Personal Care Program
For dogs with special needs or those who are not dog-social: $28 per day
Medication Administration
No charge: routine meds given with food
$10/day: medications requiring preparation or treats
$20/day: medications given more than twice daily or requiring skilled handling
Speciality Diet
$5/day: Hydrolyzed Protein Diet

Check-In: by 4:30 PM

Late Checkout: $35
After-Hours Pickup: $20 ($40 on holidays). Advanced approval required.

Our facility remains fully staffed to care for all boarding guests on the following holidays; however, no drop-offs or pick-ups are available:
- Christmas
- New Year’s Day
- Thanksgiving
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
Reservations, Records & Requirements
Vaccinations & Records
To protect all guests, all pets must be current on required vaccines and parasite prevention. Records must be received at least 3 days before check-in.
Flea Prevention
Required for dogs and cats; pets found with fleas will be treated at the owner's expense.
Age Requirements
Daycare: 16 weeks and up
Boarding: 20 weeks and up
All puppies must have completed their full vaccination series.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment
A 50% deposit is collected 1 week prior to your reservation; this is non-refundable. During peak travel times/holiday season, a 50% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your reservation; this is non-refundable.
Cancellations
We recommend booking as early as possible for holiday stays -- space is limited and may fill quickly.
